- Install the free Simple History plugin
- Complete the steps that are know to cause the issues
- From your WordPress dashboard, select Home > Simple History
- In the white box at the top of the page, select “Settings & Tools”
- Choose “Export”
- Choose “CSV”
- Click “Download Export File”
- Open a helpdesk ticket on our website at WP ADA Compliance Check and attach the downloaded file
